Annotating Poetry

Happy Fall everyone!

I hope you’ve settled down into the semester trot and are ready to mix it up by giving poetry a go!

Our first meeting will be this Friday Nov. 8th 2-4 p.m. (c.t.) in room 465 of the Brechtbau. During this meeting I will give you a quick run-down of the project, as well as the poems we’ve been annotating these past semesters. We will also figure out a slot for our meetings following the block session on Nov. 16th. So, make sure to either attend this or next week’s session or send me a quick email under annotating-literature [at] es.uni-tuebingen.de.

You’re also very much welcome to bring a poem that you are interested in annotating and we’ll figure out whether it will be possible to add it to the list.

I’m looking forward to reading and understanding poetry with all of you, especially with Christmas drawing closer, talking about your favorite texts is a great way to slow down and enjoy the atmosphere.
